Leanne Simpson is a mental health advocate and writer from Toronto. She was recently named as one of the Ontario Book Publishers Organization’s Emerging Writers of 2016, and is now completing an MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Guelph. Leanne is a writing instructor at the University of Toronto and the youngest board member of CAMH Engage.
